How do you apply a lip oil stick? Apply the product directly to the lips following their shape, starting from the inside and working outwards. Can I apply the lip oil several times a day? Of course! Repeat as desired throughout the day for soft and shiny lips at all times. Can I use the lip oil as a base for lipstick? Lip oil can be used as a base for lipstick, especially if the lipstick is creamy or liquid-based: it provides comfort and helps the colour glide on more evenly. However, if used with matte or long-lasting lipsticks, it may cause the colour to smudge or reduce its hold. We recommend applying it, waiting a few minutes, then dabbing off any excess before applying your lipstick.
